Licensed Captain
Responsible for safe navigation, vessel management, and overall command of the yacht during charters.
Requirements:
• Valid Captain / Master Mariner License
• Proven experience operating yachts or passenger vessels
• Strong knowledge of Philippine waters
• Leadership and safety management skills
Licensed Crew / Deckhand
Supports vessel operations, deck management, and guest assistance.
Requirements:
• Valid maritime certification
• Experience on boats or passenger vessels preferred
• Knowledge of safety procedures
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
HOSPITALITY & WELLNESS
Private Chef
(Charter Based)
Prepares high-quality meals tailored to guest preferences during yacht charters.
Requirements:
• Culinary training or professional kitchen experience
• Ability to prepare international cuisine
• Experience in luxury dining or resorts preferred
Yacht Steward / Stewardess
Delivers attentive onboard hospitality and maintains a refined guest environment.
Requirements:
• Hospitality or service industry experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional presentation
• Guest-focused mindset
Yoga Instructor (Charter Experience)
Leads private wellness sessions for guests during curated yacht experiences and retreats.
Requirements:
• Certified Yoga Instructor
• Experience teaching private or group sessions
• Calm and professional presence
• Experience in luxury resorts or retreats is a plus
BUSINESS & OPERATIONS
Human Resources (HR)
Supports recruitment, staff coordination, and internal team development for CILYC operations.
Requirements:
• Experience in HR or business administration
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of recruitment processes
Bookkeeper
Manages daily financial records, expenses, and bookkeeping tasks for the company.
Requirements:
• Experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Knowledge of financial record keeping
• Familiarity with accounting software
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Oversees financial reporting, compliance, and accounting systems for the company.
Requirements:
• Licensed Certified Public Accountant
• Experience in corporate accounting or finance
• Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations
MEDIA & MARKETING
Social Media Assistant
Supports CILYC’s digital presence by managing content, engagement, and social media updates.
Requirements:
• Experience managing social media platforms
• Basic knowledge of content creation
• Strong communication and creativity
Photographer & Videographer
Captures high-quality visual content during yacht charters, events, and brand campaigns.
Requirements:
• Professional photography and videography skills
• Experience in lifestyle, travel, or luxury content
• Ability to shoot both photo and video content
• Editing skills preferred
