Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and well-coordinated experience for all guests, the following policies apply to all CILYC charters and services. Booking & Payment • Reservations are confirmed once a 60% downpayment has been received. • The remaining balance must be settled upon service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. • All bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation from the CILYC team. • Only confirmed bookings will secure your selected date and time. Cancellation Policy • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled charter date. • Approved cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid. • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled date are non-refundable, as preparations and scheduling have already been arranged. Rescheduling Policy • Requests to reschedule must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled charter date. • Rescheduling is subject to availability of the new requested date. • If the requested date is unavailable, the original booking terms will remain in effect. • Only one reschedule request may be accommodated per booking unless otherwise approved. Weather & Uncontrollable Circumstances In the event that a charter must be cancelled due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control, the booking will be eligible for complimentary rescheduling to the next available suitable date. No cancellation fees will apply in such cases, as guest safety and experience quality remain our priority. Guest Responsibilities • Guests are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled charter. • Delays in arrival may shorten the experience but will not extend the scheduled end time. • Final guest count and key details should be confirmed in advance to ensure proper coordination. Operational Considerations CILYC operates with a safety-first and curated approach. In rare cases involving safety, weather conditions, or operational concerns, adjustments may be recommended to ensure guest safety and overall experience quality. The team will communicate promptly should any changes be necessary. Agreement By confirming a booking and submitting payment, guests acknowledge and agree to the above terms and policies.
